DS 160 - Previous US Visa

I am applying for a B1 / B2.

I have 2 US visas - a L1 (active and latest) and a F1 (expired).

I noticed that there is provision to enter only 1 Visa's details even though the wording says "Previous US Visas".

For the question - "Were you ever issues a US Visa?", do I fill enter details of the F1 or the L1 visa? Please help
