B2 Visa Interview location and invite letter address

Hi

My mother is permanent Resident of Karnataka-Bangalore. Her passport and voterid card has bangalore address. Temporarily she is staying in A.p with her daughter.

I have scheduled appointment in Chennai Consulate and invite letter sent with her A.P address and mentioned consulate as Chennai Consulate.( since Chennai is easy for her).

Question was while taking appointment i have chosen Tamilnadu as state. Will there be any issue. Shall i re-take new appointment by selecting Karnataka as state.

Do i need to resend the new invite letter or existing invite letter is fine ?
