Hi,
I am planning to apply (at the Mumbai consulate) for a visitor visa for my mom, who is not fit enough to go to the embassy. She has lost her eyesight, needs a wheelchair to get around and is not 100% fit in terms of being able to sit up for many hours, etc.
Questions:
1. Are there any provisions/exceptions that the Mumbai consulate allows for such people -- either in terms of her not going to the embassy at all, or a special appointment or someone accompanying her?
2. If we must go, how are the facilities at the Bandra/Kurla Complex in terms of the waiting room, parking, etc?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
