Job Search on B1 Visa

Hello! immihelp & memebrs

I am new one here...! I came to US on my business visa for giving my CPA exams...... Now I want to llok for a job and get a H1 visa....

I want to know that if I can I apply for a job while I am holding a business visa? Will it make any problem if I look for a job and H1 sponsership? Will there b any problem if I search for a job while holding business visa?

Please help I have very less time here to look for a job....
