Visitor Visa for Mentally Challenged Brother

Good Morning!!!

Am planning to bring my brother who is 35 years old and mentally challenged to the US. My mother will be accompanying him. Please let me know other than DS156 & DS157 do i need to get any special forms filled up. Also please let me know if i need to get any certificates from doctors or any organization.

I too have a brother who is mentally disabled, went for the interivew today with parents @ chennai

parents visa was approved but NOT my brother's. (rejected under section 214b)

guess it was because he did not answer the questions to consular officer's satisfaction.

I guess a better preparation is needed next time.
