In-Laws tourist visa rejected with 214B..Guide me please..

Hi all

My in-laws tourist visa got rejected and gave 214B on 03/12/12. Now I decided and sending my mother-in-law (She really wanted to come and see USA) alone for the visa this time on 03/27 so she can show my father-in-law as tie-up in India.

Since my father-in-law is not much interested to come here, can he give an affidavit that he won't go to USA to my mother-in-law when she is going for stamping. Would this make any help to believe VO and give the visa atleast to my mother-in-law.

Affidavit for this won't work.

You should have waited a few months before sending her again.
Reapplying too quickly shows desperation and you are risking another denial.
