US Visa expires during visit

My parents visa expires mid june 2012. We are planning for thier visit for 2 to 3 months and could leads to thier return date out of visa expiry date.

Do we have to apply for new visa before travel in India?.

No problems.

Visa is for entry only. Stay duration is determined by a white card I-94 stamped by the officer at entry. Even if the visa expires during their stay, but I-94 date is valid, they will be just fine.
