My niece has visa interview, i am sponsoring her visa and my sister is accompanying her for the interview.My sister is separated from her husband without divorce. What all documents does she need to carry for the interview? My sister has already travelled to US and has 10yr visitor visa. She is an enterpreuner. Please advise.

You should not sponsor ( fund) your niece's trip when your sis is an enterpreneur and
can afford the trip. This would go against them.
You just send an invitation and a passport + visa copy to your sis. She must say she herself is funding the trip and carry her IT returns to show her annual income. She must also be able to show who will manage the business while she is gone to the US.
Also they must carry your niece's school enrolment cum vacation letter( or proof).
