My parents have a 10 yr multiple entry visa.

he just visited us for 2 months. He left USA on 29th of may. He wants to come back in the first week of august to take my mom back who is staying with us for another 3 months.

Is it possible for him to come back within a short period of time ( 2 months)

will there be any problem in the immigration?
