urgent - denied visitor visa twice, applying again

Hi immihelp,

I had applied for a visitor visa for USA in year 2000 (when i was just out of college) with my parents. they got it for 10 yrs and i was denied. after a mnth tried again, and again denied. i wasn't given any refusal letter as some people in the forum have mentioned.

Hav now finishd my post grad and hav been wrking since then (2 years) in delhi.

I want to go visit my bro whos wrkng there (on h1 visa) and want to know which all documents i must show in addition to an emplyment letter.

My intvw is in 15 days, please help!!!!

ps. (is there some such rule that if u'r denied the us visa thrice then.. then u cannot apply for one fora vertain no. of years?)

There is no rejection letter as such. They just put a small stamp at the back of the passport saying your application was received.

The rule you are mentioning about 2 rejections and reaplication is an old rule. You can apply as many times as you want.
