    Hi all

my elder brother n his wife both holding H1B visa.My mom n dad got visitor's visa a year back validity for 10 years.

My younger brother will complete his masters from CANADA by dis april.

I got married and my husband is working in SINGAPORE and we have a kid(2 years old).

    Now,
    1. can my brother apply visitor's visa for me?
    2. wat are the chances to get approved?
3.wat are the docs will i need to show?

my purpose of visit is just to accompany my parents and visit my brother's place and we may stay der for 3-4 months.
And,I had been to singapore 6 times till now and almost all the times my stay was just 2 months.

    please help!

You have to apply yourself, saying that you want to go visit your brother in US.
Your brother can send you an invitation letter with copies of his passport and visa.
Since your husband is working in singapore, I assume you can afford the trip your self.
You can show your husband's salary proof and your bank statements.

The main problem here is your ties to India. Since your husband is working in singapore,
    the main question will be;

why are you not living in singapore with your husband ?

      Thank you for your reply

For that question..i wanna say dat..

My husband is a marine engineer..very often he will be going for a sea trial and as i dont wanna stay der alone,I am staying with my parents and also i am working in india.Once in two months my husband comes to india.

      Also,

Currently, am not working,am at home taking care of my kid.We want our son(2 years old) to persue his studies in india and not in Singapore and my husband will soon come back to india and we are planning to settle down here.

1.my husband has joint property of around 60L in chennai..will those documents help me som how?
2.I have very strong bank record but that is the joint account with my dad and he is the primary account holder...will that be ok?

That reason should be good enough.

About funding, they rarely look at bank statements, but you must carry them just in case.

They will ask you who is funding the trip; you should say my husband and my self.
They will ask about his income, you should say a strong figure in Rs. and also keep a proof of that.
