Hello folks,
My parents applied for B2 Visitor Visa 2 times at Mumbai US consulate and got visa rejected.
First time it was rejected in October 2002 (reason - bad time for tourism)
and second time may 2005 (reason both son and daughter are here in US)
Second time the officer didn;t even look at any papers and simply rejected by saying tourism is quiet tight and since both children is outside we cannot give you Visa.
What I wanted to ask you is: After denial, after 3 business days my parents can reapply.
1. Would it help if they go quickly again since all paperwork is there?
2. Is there a chance that the officer will listen to them and at least see papers.
3. What is there a better way of handling this situation.
You advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Nishant
