Vistor Visa 2nd attempt

Hi,

I applied for my in-laws for visitor visa and their
visa got rejected. They are going for their second
interview. Their first interview was on May 15th and
their second interview is on June 15th. I sent the
following documents:

1. I-134
2. Empolyment Letter
3. Bank Letter with recent balance
4. Consulate letter
5. Invitation letter
6. Pay stubs

This is the dated material. Do I need to send these
documents again with recent dates or should they be
good fo the 2nd interview. The documents are a month
old.

My parents visa also got rejected first time on 5th Apr 05, they are going again on 21st June 05. Whats the reason for your in-laws visa rejection? Are you sending any new supporting documents in favour of rejection? Please do let us know if any.

Hi

My in laws got their Visa Rejected 1st time in Mumbai , with the reason 214b. I would like to know the re-application process. And that do they have to wait for another 75 days to get the interview date again, or is there a specific process for interview date for rejected applicants.?

I would appreciate if some one in the forum can answer these questions at the earliest.

They can reapply as soon as they get new appointment.

Thanks For the response. I called VFS and they told my Parents in Law have to reapply and that they will have to wait for the interview appointment, which is currently 72 days.
