Wedding Invitation-Visitor Visa

My parents had applied for visitor visa in March had they were denied visitor visa under 214(b). Now my sister is scheduled for her Fiance Visa interview in June and my parents for their visitor visa in mid July. Questions is in invitation letter should i mention - i am inviting my parents to visit me, attend their daughters marriage and see places of tourist interest or just focus on attend marriage.

In their application form they have not mentioned marriage since her interview date was not fixed when they applied. They are applying for 3 months visa. Will Wedding invitation letter and my mention about it in separate invitation letter help ?
