Parents visa appointment this month

Hi, Both of my parents are retired and they have source of income from pensions and through rents an my sister lives in the same city and they help her out. and they are sponsoring themselves. I am planning to make them visit the US for a good vacation. I am working here in the US from a while

So can you please suggest me what will they expect in their interview and suggest us on what should they be prepared for
