Query on duration of stay

Hi,

My in laws got B2 visa validaity from March to August. After staying for 1 month my father-in-law wants to travel back for some personal work and would like to visit for 10 days in August.

Will this create any issue when he visits back for 10 days in August

It should not be a problem. Because the gap between the 2 visits is good enough.
The 10 day visit seems like a business visit , so he should be able to explain it
if asked at entry.
