Urgent Information Required

Hi,

My parents are applying for B1 visa, they have already taken the appointment for the interview, but while filling up the appointment form, my mom didnt know that spouse application could be filed together, so she applied for hers and then applied for my dad(due to non availablity dad got other date)...and now they have two different dates for the interview...

please help how they both can have the same interview dates? what should they do, She already mailed the ttsvisa, but no response yet.

help will be very much appreciated.
