    Hi,

    When my husband is paying for my and our daughter's trip and all the expenses there including insurence is taken care by him and we are planning to go together(subject to visa approval).............does my husband need to submit any kind of form or just a letter stating he will take care of all the expenses there including insurence and requests for the visa is enough?
