  • Nonimmigrant visa

    Hi,
I have green card and settled in US. My mother's application for a visitor's visa denied twice a year ago. This summer I would like her to attempt to visit me here in Texas so she will apply for another one. Somebody from the US consulate provided an info that she needs a support document filed through an immigration office in US. I think this is I-134 and the necessary attachements. Once these documents are ready, do I have to send these documents to my mother for her to file in US consulate in Turkey or do I have to file through INS here? Again this is for nonimmigrant B1/B2 visa.
    Thanks,
    obuk
