Business Visa to Visitors Visa

I have Business visa(B1) till 2006 and have visited US on an official trip. My husband is travelling to US with B1 visa through his company. If i want to accompany him, should i apply for a visitor's visa? Please do advice.. Very urgent..Thanks...
