Hello,
I need an urgent help.
I applied for my mother's visa recently for the 4th time and it got rejected again with same reason code 214(b). She is widow and home maker.
She had mentioned to interviewer that She gets around Rs 15000 - 20000.00 Rent per month and my younger sister is also working and unmarried.
They asked about the details of all her daughters and the intention to go to USA, which she replied. All of her 3 daughters are married, one is in India, 2 are staying in USA and youngest daughter is unmarried and working in India. Still she was denied with the visa.
I applied for her visa first time in Dec 2009, along with my younger sister, which was a mistake.Tthat time my younger sister was studying.
2nd and 3rd time I applied for her visa only, in Dec 2010 and Feb 2012.
4th time, My husband applied for my mom's visa yesterday and this time also no luck.
We can see that the problem is bze we 2 sisters are staying in USA in different States.
I am working on H1-B Visa. My sister is on H-4 along with her husband, who is on H1-B Visa.
4th time, when we applied for her visa, We thought if my husband applies, it may be positive, instead of I apply. But it did not turn out to be a good logic as well.
This case seems tough since she is widow and all of her 3 daughters are married, except one.
And also 2 daughters are staying in USA currently.
Definitely she has no intentions to stay here forever.
I do not see any further hope and would really appreciate your feedback.
Thanks,
Pooja
