Need Help! Visitor visa for my mom & sister

Hello Friends,

I am looking for some help to understand sponsoring visitor's visa for my mom & sister. I am pregnant and my due date is on Dec 10/05. I would like to get my mom & sister to visit me around Nov/ Dec and was wondering how to start the process. I am a green card holder and have lived in the US for the past 7 years. I was told that my sister's visa may be denied because she is young and single. Is that true?
