Query - required documents

Hi

My husband is on H1B visa and we are planning to bring our inlaws to US on a visitor visa. Would somebody please suggest on what documents we need to prepare and send to India for their visa interview.

Do the in-laws in India have a very strong income/ savings base?
If yes, they can show self funding of the trip ( recommended)
and all your husband needs to send is an invite and copies of his passport + visa.
If they can't self-fund , then your hasband also needs to send an I-134( aff. of support)
with income tax returns and bank statements.

Do we have to send any other documents related to H1B like the letter from employer, pay slips etc..
