In witch point I can fill "NONE"
For example, may I fill "NONE" in point 29 if I checked it "no", or 9 if I don't use another name.
Where I can fill "NONE" and where I can't
Please tell me all points where I can fill "NONE"

On-line sample form (ds-156) in this site is wrong

In question 8 and 9 must not write "NONE". When I sent on-line form with filled question 8 and 9 with "NONE", the USA software system told me that is wrong. The System automaticly fitred "NONE", and removed from barcode.
So, I want to know where I can write "NONE", and where can't. If anybody know , please tell me

On one hand, instructions for DS-156 say not to leave anything blank.

And if someone does not have other names and write 'None', the software says it is an error.

What can be done in this kind of case? I don't see any harm either way.
