My mother-in-law attended an interview for B2 visa in Hyderbad. The VO didn't give her any 214b form, but asked her to come back again. I thought that she didn't answer the questions properly so the VO asked her to come back again. But, we just found that there is a RED sticker attached to one of the papers inside the passport. It is just a sticker, but not the stamp.
Can anyone please tell me what does that mean?
