Kindly advise, i really want to know my chances.

I have worked with my present company for 5years and earn an average of 22,000USD per annum and married with 3 children n have got some shares and landed properties and have made a hotel reservation/confirmation in us where i equally have a friend who's giving me an invitation letter. i will be going on a 3weeks holiday and back to my work in Nigeria.

I have gone to UK before on a student visa but returned to Nigeria a week when the course i applied for was changed .

Kindly advise me on my chances.

If you are going on a holiday, the visa officer will ask you why are you not taking your family?
And have you ever been to holidays abroad before?

Going alone, invited by a friend, raises suspicion that you have other plans( to look for work there). Sorry to be blunt, you will be denied 100%.

What is your actual purpose to go to US? Be honest for good advice.

Thanks for your advise. The honest truth is that am going there to spend my annual leave and am coming back to my work/family and before i go ahead i made an error in the calculation of my annual income , the earlier calculation was in GBP ( i earn about 35,000USD per annum) and a manager in one the telecoms companies in Nigerian.

I have been to the Uk before on student visa and came back, i did not over stay by a day and my wife could not join me for this trip because she has to stay with the children, may be the next time we may all go together when the children are on holiday.

I will appreciate your further advise for a successful interview.

I gave you the advice. You should not apply with the way you are applying.
You do not have a good chance with the mention of a "friend inviting" and you going alone on a holiday.

If your company can send you on a business trip , a seminar, conference, chances will be much better.
