I-134 - Dependant related question

Hi,

I am currently in my H1B and my husband is in H4. He was in USA for a month and he has left to a India where he is working now. I am planning to bring my parents and I will be the sponsor for them. While filling the I - 134, there is one question which goes as follows

8. The following persons are dependent upon me for support. and they have also asked to mention if person named is wholly or partially dependent?

1) My question is do i need to mention my husband as the dependent here. If yes do I need to say partial dependent? I would also like to add that I have done a joint filing along with my husband of the Tax return this year.

2) There is also one question asking iF I have submitted a visa petiotion to USCIS on behalf of any person. Do I need to mention that I have filed H4 for my husband?

Any information or direcion in this regard is greatly appreciated.

2. No, that is only for immigrant visa petition.
