Parents visa (urgent)

Hi,

I wanted to sponsor visitor's visa for my parents. The issue is that I am on maternity leave and don't have a recent paystub. My last paystub is for Apr. 15th. My in-laws are here in US on tourist visa which was sponsored by my husband in March 05. They are going back to India on 29th June. Can my husband sponsor my parents given the fact that his parents are still in US or should I sponsor them with my not so recent paystub?

Please reply asap. Their interview is on 17th.

Your husband can sponsor your parents. As long as he can show sufficient funds to sponsor your parents it doesn't matters how many people he is sponsoring.

Though I'm not sure I understand what's happening, given that you asked if your husband could sponsor the visit only on 9th, and by 17th you are reporting that they got the visas. How did you take care of the sponsorship, etc. within just 8 days
