Invitation to my parents - second time visit

My wife is pregnant and I want to invite my parents to USA for taking care of her. They have been to USA before at the same POE for around 1 month in 2009. Wondering if its a good idea for them to tell the officer of POE that they are here to visit son and his spouse and assist them during this period. Does that contradict the visitor visa purpose of travelling/business?
Definitely they can claim that they are here for travel but that wont be 100% truth

Just say they are here to visit their son.
