Lost passport while waiting for interview

Hello,

I have completed the DS-160 online form, and scheduled for an interview next week.
However I just got stolen my passport. I could reschedule the interview to wait for the replacement, but what about the information in the DS-160 form? How can I change it? Can I just start a new application without worrying about the old one?
