Form I-134 : Previous Affidavits

Hi,

I have submitted the affidavits of support (I-134) for my mother-in-law and my parents before and they didn't get the visa. Now, I am planning to send them again. I have an issue with previously submitted affidavits ( Question No:9 in form I-134). The form allows only two entries. What if I have more than two? Like if i want to send my father-in-law after this, by that time i have already submitted four affidavits of support.

Is it okay just to mention the latest two there?

Can you please guide me?
