Customs Declaration

My in laws are visting USA for the first time and they are scheduled to arrive next week. I have a question about the customs declaration form. They are bringing some household gift items like decorative items, sweets and a few movie VCDs. (Total value approx $75-$85). In the customs declaration form, I presume they have to mention this amount in Item 14. Do they have to list all the items on the 2nd page?

They do't really have to mention. They can write $0.
