single unmarried 28 yr old female and b2 visa.
hello everyone,
i'm 28 year old single female.
i just finished my studies on M1 visa in usa and came back to India.i had m1 visa from 2007 to 2012.before this i held a b2 visa for 4 months.
i never violated or over stayed .
now my problem is i need to go visit my friend in us for about a month in july 2012.
i just came back in april 2012.
as i have just finished my studies i dont have any employment proof or property papers here in india.all my family is here and i have no intention whatsoever of setlling abroad.
can anyone in the same boat please share positive expereiences .
and if experienced members can guide me as to how i can prove my intention of coming back id be grateful.
