What is "Date Started with group" at the end of the supplement form? Any help will be appreciated.

Are you referring to I-539 or I-539 Suppl A ?

There are only instructions in I-539 Suppl A form.

In I-539, I could not find any such question. Please specify the section number, page number etc. Also, please specify which non-immigrant you are trying to extend.

Thank you so much for your help. I was referring to the last question in I-539 Suppl One in E-Filing form. Yes, in the conventional, downloadable form there is no such question. I am making a request for extension of my parents’ B2 visas if that matters. Thank you very much.

Therefore, I believe that question is irrelevant.
