    3. What is your brother's visa status?
    4. Are you earning low, medium or high income in middle east?
    5. When does your contract end?

I think F1 denial is in the past, it should not affect your B1/B2 application.

But the important thing on which the decision is based, are your ties to the your country of residence. Since the whole family is going, you are leaving no family ties behind. Job is there but As Saudi is not your actual home, the officer can assume that, if your brother has a job lined up in US, you will not return.

Can you find a business reason to go to US , instead of visiting your brother?
Because business visit visas ( seminar , conferences) are easier to get than casual visits.
You go alone on a business visit . Once you have made a trip, on the second trip, your family can find it much easier to get visas to accompany you.
