Shall my husband should sponsor or me

Hi

I have a question, My parents Tourist Visa has expired. I(daughter) am trying to send them all the sponsorship documents etc. But i am not sure if i should send them the invitation letter or my husband? whose name should be there on the letter? Me and my husband we both work and are US citizens, But he makes more money then me. So shall he sponsor my parents? and whose name should be there in the letter for US Consulate general me or my husband or both of us. Do we need to notorize any of the documents.
