  • no cos/aos/eos is on my I-94

    can my husband file for my green card when at port of entry they wrote no EOS / AOS / COS/ on my I-94?

    He can file the I-130 form, but you will not be able to apply for AOS (I-485).

        It may need to be as consular processing and not adjustment of status. Consult an experienced attorney.

                Yes, your current B1/B2 Visit is only temporary. Leave before your I-94 expires and pursue consular processing. There are many lawyers specializing in immigration matters. A Google search could help. ******** is also a website that assists.
