My friend planned to apply for visitor visa for his in-laws. He is currently in L1-B visa, planned to apply for H1-B. If he applied visitor visa using L1-B with employer-A employment letter and also applied for H1-B for him with employer B, will it be create a problem during the visitor visa interview?
