I have a Visa R Type B1/B2
I came here April 26 2005 and I am going to have my baby here, its due the 17th of Sep 2005 and my visa(I-94) says I can stay here till October 25th 2005
I have to apply for my babys birth certificate that takes like 2 weeks or more. My question is:
If I dont get the birth certificate before October 25 is there any way I can apply for an extension of a month or two, or untill I get the babies birth certificate to go back home?

I think this comes under real Attorney's help.I feel personally you should consult a lawyer for possible extension as even if you are here illegally one day you night not get Birth certificate for your baby according to New Law as far as i know.Choice is your's
