On I-134

item 2 - I have been here since many years but went to india for about 9 months before coming back to graduate school. What date should i write in - the original date when i first came in for undergrad or when i rentered for graduate school?

Item 7 - I recently started consulting on my own and consequently do not have pay stubs. What can i attach instead. Last year's tax return includes data from my employment and not consulting that i recently started.

How much money does one need to show in bank account?

I believe that a few years ago i had submitted I-134 on behalf of my wife for both H4 and PR processing. Do i need to mention it here?


item 11 - What is the better answer - intend or not intend? My mom is coming together with my dad who is really taking care of all the expenses. Is there an example of good text that i can write in below? I was going to write "Any uncovered expenses with regards to travel, room and board during their stay in United States" Is that enough?

visitvisa, you mentioned "My mom is coming together with my dad who is really taking care of all the expenses.". Are you saying that you dad is sponsoring your mom for the visit? If so, you do not need to provide a I-134 since you are not a sponsor.

Yes my aprents are coming together and will fund their expenses on their own. But i am still sending an I-134 with a cover saying that i will take care of any uncovered expeneses with regards to their trip. I guess I want to cover all the bases.
