Hello,
Can anyone help in this matter? My parents had their B1/B2 visa interview on20th April. They were granted Visas and my father got his passport back on the second day, but my mother did not get her passport back. We tried to email/call the embassy and every time they gave the same answer " It is under process. " Today my mother got a weird mail saying that " your application is pending, Please submit your passport. " we are worried at surprised on this as the passport is with the embassy..
Can anyone share his/her thought on this, and let me know any other number/mail id to contact other than VFS, as these people are good for nothing...
