Inviting parents to US

Hi,

My wife and I want to invite my parents to US. We both don't have jobs at this moment. I am green card holder and my wife is US citizen. Her parents are here who are citizens and my brother is here who is on H1. Can someone give us idea what we should do?.

Depends on who is sponsoring

Who will sponsor their trip, you or your parents? If parents are self sponsoring, no big deal. But if you are planning to do so, it'd be safer - since both of you're jobless - to let your brother on H1 sponsor them. Depending on the availablity of funds that either you or your brother can show, it may make more sense for you and your brother to jointly sponsor.
