If any one cancelling the appointment dates in chennai,june,july or august ,could u pls inform me before that.My e-mail is [email protected].I am trying to take appointments in malayalam for my parents.But i am not getting it.Even if i saw date availability and when i go to modify /cancel i am not able to see dates.Pls help me.

how to modify an appointment

Hello every one,
what is the procedure in which cancelled appointment slots are added back to general pool. is it real time, i mean if i cancel it now is it available for any other person. os is there a delay for this cancelled appointment to be available for public.

I tried to do this test by booking a appointment and cancelled it and tried to book the same appointment again. but i could not see the availabilty. i was logged into both appointments at the same time and cancelled one and clicked on moddify for another one.

i would like to know if anyone tried this before and was succesful in swapping appointments with other people.
