dear sir im sohail from india i got b1 ,b2 10yrs multiple visa i visited usa in 2007,they gave me 3 months i 94 but unfortunally for some reasons i overstay there,now i like to go usa again for my cousins wedding,can i elgible to go usa or not if i go to usa wheather they will give me entry or not. please reply me..thanks

No. If you overstayed, they will not allow you in on your last visa( void).
What was your period of overstay? If it was more than 180 days, you will be barred from entering US
for a certain period of time.
If it was less than 180 days,
you have to apply for a new visa and explain to them why you overstayed.
If you had a genuine reason, they may give it to you , otherwise it will be difficult to get a new
visitor visa.
