Hello;
I'm repetioning my finance; we halted the process around 10-09, but are convinced to refile.
On line 11., it asks have you ever filed for this or any other alien fiance before. Then it says if yes, give name , place & date? What place & date are they referring to? I know she is from Manila, and dealt with the embassy there, so I'm thinking that's the place, but what date are they refering to specifically. The date I signed, & dated the last petition? , or someother date? I must have the place right.
