USA Visitor Visa(B2) from Uk

Hi,
I am here in Uk from last 7 years and right now on Tier1 and now i want to go to USA for holidays(15 days).
Do anybody have applied from here B2 visa for USA and do they get it?
and what douments i need to show?
what are the chances?

I have read above section.I just wanted to know anyone apply from Uk and do they get it easily?
i know couple of people they got rejected as VO said they dont have the strong tie up with uk(one was on workpermit and other was on tier1 visa)
