Visit Visa for Mother.

I am inviting my mother to U.S. she is a widow and she doesn't work. I am afraid they might suspect that she will not come back as the ties dont seem strong to home country. Can any one please advice how can we convince them that she has got strong ties ? are these reasons like she owns a house, got a good bank balance and teaches poor kids(charity) good enough?.
Can anyone tell how we can apply for mulitpe entry visa? , I have heard people gettin 10 year mulitple entry visa , I think this is going to be the best in my mother's case.
P.S. Does any one know about any good agent in Hyderabad who can help us prapring documents like CA's estimate, personnel affidavit, etc.?

its easy, but lots of work.
1. ask some of u r friends or u r mom to deosit arround 2 lakhs in the bank, and to take the bank passbool and the letter from bank to the consolate office to show that u r mom has funds in the bank. after getting the visa u can return itback.
2. ask u r mom to meet some lawyer or or some one who can assess the property ask them to fill like u have property like land building and all those things. but make sure to get those documents with the sale deed and those things(even a xerox cpy can do).

3. issueing multiple entry visa or a single entry visa will be dependent on the isuerr,

4. may be u need to send one offer for u r family to visit u for gettogether and spend some time. she has to carry that document to the visa office.
5. u also need to send an bank statement from u r bank in america so that u have arround 30k + to meet all u r and u r moms expenses.

along with that there are some more things to take care before going to consolate office but take some more advise from others.
