i-94 expiring before return date

Hi, My mother came on Vistor visa for 6 months. She will complete 6 month in Nov 15 2012 and i booked the return ticket on 8th nov. But when she entered she got i94 with 4th nov. 2012 date.

My question is that she can staty and return back on 8th nov. or she cannot stay after 4th nov.

The date on the I-94 is the final date.

She cannot stay beyond Nov.4 .

If she does her visa will be void and she won't be able to enter again on that visa.

It will be better if you reschedule her ticket to before Nov 4.
