Visiting USA for holiday need visa advice

Im an Indian citizen 29 years old, Having my new Business recently started in chennai ( since its a new company no IT papers ) , I've all the document supporting I've recently started a new business. I would like to travel to USA for short holiday ( 10 days) I've US citizen friend who can send me invitation letter. I've a property worth 1.5 cr in chennai , and a bank balance of 5 lak and above and a Fixed deposit and credit card to support my trip. I've my mom and grand ma here and I've no father and I'm the only earning sourse and I'll come back from US after a 10 days stay. I've no income tax papers ( IT papers) please guide me how to proceed, When I talk to travel agents they upfront say since you dont have IT papers your visa will be rejected. Please guide me.

In your situation, it is totally not advisable to apply for a v isitor visa.
The reason ;

1.Young
2.Single
3.Just started out in business
4.Going for a casual visit to a friend.

The combination of above 4 makes the officer consider you as a potential immigrant
because there is nothing compelling to bring you back.

They ask about your work and income.
Not your property or bank balance.
No IT return which shows the business is not up and running.

Advice;
*Let the business come up ,file returns . Show good balance sheets and income.
*Even then, you will have to show the purpose of visit as related to your business;
(meeting with clients, seminars, conferences, fairs).
*Before applying for a US visitor visa, make a few trips to neighbouring countries
like singapore, europe etc. that will help.
*Never show purpose as visiting a friend. His/her invitation will be counterproductive.
The officers don't think anyone would seriously want to spend lacs and fly half way
across the world just to visit a friend.

Thanks a lot for your timely reply, That was really help full, I had travelled to Singapore, Japan,. Hongkong, Malaysia, Srilanka etc... Im a popular figure in the media Industry was doing a PR job as a hobby. Is there a way, I could go as a Holiday package group like SOTC, THOMAS COOK etc... I've my grand ma and mum here I've a stong reason to come back as Ive no father he passed away when I was 3 months old. Also in my business 60 % share holder is a american company. I own a subsidary of american company. My friend recently applied for B2 visa and he also dont have IT papers, he recently started business like me and he was asked no question by the VO. All he was asked is why are you travelling to US?

i've taken your advice, but still is it worth trying?
