Was hoping you guys could give me some clearance on this matter. I plan to attend my cousin's wedding in the US and I have received an invitation letter from him. However my sister is sponsoring my visit. Is that alright or does the invitation letter and sponsorship letter have to come from the same person.
I called the Consulate and believe it or not the first person said it has to be from the same person and there's no two ways about it. I called again after an hour and the response I get was completely the opposite and he said 'they can definitely be from two different people.
Now I'm confused and just want to be sure before I go ahead with anything.
